Social Workers and Therapists are recognized as those individuals who make it part of their life’s goal to advocate for and help those in need, endlessly strive for social justice, all while providing continuous efforts to improve the overall welfare for all human beings. Bradley, with his eclectic background and “up for anything” personality led to his career in filmmaking. Through his work, he soon realized that his passion aligned with bringing stories of those who had endured true human suffering to life. His plight was successful as the work eventually reached audiences around world, and he was blessed with unimaginable positive feedback such as “thank you, this film helped me realize I wasn’t alone and that I am worthy of love.”
In order to fully embody this role, Bradley felt compelled to come out from behind the camera. His true desire was to fully embrace the empathy and compassion he felt while telling sincere stories of addiction, self esteem issues, emotional pain, intimacy, and grief/loss through the actors; some of whom had personally been afflicted with similar challenges. These days, he prefers the complexity, vulnerability, and emotion that comes with bearing witness to the real life stories from courageous individuals and families he develops meaningful therapeutic relationships with. Bradley is truly honored and humbled by these opportunities and experiences. He’s eager to provide support in any way; whether it be wise feedback, validation, a shoulder to lean on, a safe space, or unconditional positive regard to name a few in his mixed bag of healing tools.
